Routine Service

Routine service includes the first attempt within 1-3 business days with two attempts to follow if unsuccessful. You will receive an update following each attempt.

Rush Service

With rush service the first attempt of service will be made within 24 hours followed by two more attempts in the immediate future. You will receive an update following each attempt.

Service by Mail, Documents will be mailed within 24hrs. You will receive a photo confirmation of receipt and tracking if available.

Mobile Notary Services 

 After hours, weekends, and holidays mobile notary services. We will come to your home, long-term care facility, and just about anywhere most convenient for you.

MOBILE FEES dependent on distance travelled (.71 cents per mile) and time of day, during business hours in Yellowstone County there will be a convenience fee of $30. Thereafter, a fee of $10 will be charged per notarial act in accordance with Montana law.

Mobile Loan Signing Agent 

 After hours, weekends, and holidays Loan signings. We will meet you where you're at to complete your refinance, buyer, and seller packages. After hours, holiday, and weekend signings may incur an additional charge.
